We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small. Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express Ground. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is also available.

*Shipping cost is based ground shipping in the 48 continental states and excludes any additional delivery charges as noted in the product description area.

Exchanges & Returns:
ella & spencer is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging products must have tags attached , for a refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.

*Any items marked Final Sale may not be returned. If an item is final sale, you will see Final Sale on that item's product page. We do not currently have any Final Sale items on our site.
